Dress up the hors d'oeuvres tray by lining it with red-leaf lettuce and adding small bunches of seedless grapes and sprigs of fresh parsley.

Use green peppers (top off, cleaned of seeds) as holders for a dip. A round loaf of bread with the center scooped out also works as a quick and tasty dip container.

Stuff button mushrooms with cheese spread for a cold appetizer. For a hot dish, stuff large mushroom with thawed spinach souffle and bake at 375º F for about 15 minutes.
