2 cups canned pumpkin
2/3 cup of oil (I use olive or coconut)
2 cups sugar
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
2 ½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients well. Make sure baking soda and baking powder has no clumps; you can use a fork to press them out before adding.
2. Pour batter into muffin liners. Fill liner ¾ full.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
