8 slices white bread, crusts removed
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 can flaked crab meat
1 tsp onion juice
2 tbsp bottled hot horseradish
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Using cookie cutter or juice glass, cut bread into rounds, or cut into squares.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter.
3. Brown bread pieces on one side.
4. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese.
5. Pile on toasted side of bread.
6. Sprinkle with cheese.
7. Arrange canape's on greased cookie sheet and broil until delicately brown, about 2 minutes.
8. Serve hot.
