3 c milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c water-ground cornmeal
3 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir cornmeal into 2 c milk. Bring to a boil, making mush. Add remainder of milk, eggs, salt,
baking powder, and melted butter. Pour into baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Serve in baking dish. To make soufflé-like - separate eggs and add yolk to mixture.
Beat whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Continue with recipe.
