64 ounces milk
2 pounds grated American cheese or 14-18 ounces Cheese Whiz
6 chicken bouillon cubes
12 ounces beer
1/4 ounce Tabasco
3 ounces Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Warm milk in a double boiler. Add cheese and bouillon cubes. Stir until dissolved. In a separate pan, warm together beer, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat. Add cornstarch. Stir well. Mix with milk, stirring constantly. Let simmer 20-25 minutes, until soup is as thick as desired. Strain and serve hot. Makes 1/2 gallon or 10 (6 oz) servings.
