2 tbsp meringue powder
1/4 tsp (rounded) cream of tarter
1/3 cup water
1 pound powdered sugar (approx 4 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, meringue powder & cream of tarter until dissolved. Beat to a thick meringue. Stop beater, add all powdered sugar, beat slowly until sugar is moistened, then beat at high speed two to three minutes. If icing is too thick add a little water. If icing is too think add a little sugar. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Icing will keep for weeks kept in an air tight container.

It is important that all equipment must be free of grease or oil of any kind. To be sure, wash all equipment in soap and very hot water prior to use.
