Directions:
Directions:
Melt 3/4 stick butter in lg fry pan
Sauteé a medium chopped onion
Add 1 1/2 cp rice (I prefer Uncle Bens)
Stir constantly over medium heat until WELL browned
Add 1-2 cans of sliced mushrooms with liquid

While browning rice heat to a boil 2 cans of beef broth OR
2 knorr’s beef bouillon and 4 cups water
Add to browned rice then cover and let simmer 35 mins

This can be doubled
Delicious as leftovers
Also can be frozen for a later date
