1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup ground pecans
1/4 sugar
1/4 butter melted
12 oz softened cream cheese
1 jar caramel topping
3 eggs
2 Tablespoons milk
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
Pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, ground pecans, sugar and butter. Pat into bottom and go up 1/2” in an 8” spring form pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy and beat in 1/2 cup of caramel. Add eggs and milk, beat until blended. Pour over the crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Combine 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup caramel topping. Mix spoon on top of cheese cake. Loosen sides of pan and remove. Add pecan halves around the edge of the cheesecake. Refrigerate, then serve.
