In a double boiler melt
1 stick butter
2 1/2 cp sugar. Add slowly while stirring
Add
1/2 tsp salt
3 squares bakers chocolate OR 9 tbs cocoa
Stir till blended
Add 1 lg can evaporated milk
Stir until totally combined

Cook 1 hour and 10 mins

Cool and store in a quart jar in your fridge
