3 slices bacon
1 small onion, chopped
2 large zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon in large skillet until crisp; remove from pan and drain well, reserving 2 Tablespoons of the drippings. Crumble bacon, and set aside. Saute onion in bacon drippings until tender. Layer bacon, zucchini, salt, pepper, and cheese over onion in skillet; Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes.
