This is a family favorite that feeds a lot, freezes easily and always gets raves!

Cream together
4 eggs
1 2/3 cp sugar
1 cp oil
16oz pumpkin

Sift then add
2 Cp flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Mix throughly

Spread on ungreased 10x15 cookie sheet
Bake at 350º for 30 mins

When cooled
Frost with:
Cream
3 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cp softened butter
Add
1 tsp vanilla
2 cp sifted confectioners sugar
Mix well
Frost and ENJOY!
