3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cooking oil
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
3 egg whites
36 squares graham crackers
1 cup whipped cream
Graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine 1/2 cup of the sugar and the oil. Stir in strawberries and pecans. In a small mixer bowl beat egg whites till soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining sugar, beating till stiff peaks form. Gently fold in strawberry mixture. Cover bottom of an 8 X 8 X 2 baking dish with 9 graham cracker squares. Spread 1/3 of strawberry mixture over crackers. Top with another layer of crackers. Repeat 2 more times, topping with 9 crackers. Cover; chill overnight. Before serving, spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with crumbs.
