3 cups cubed ham
3 Tablespoons chopped green pepper
3 Tablespoons plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups cooked, cubed potatoes
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 cups milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and green peppers in butter; stir in flour and seasoning, gradually adding milk. Cook on medium heat until thick. Add ham and potatoes. Mix gently. Pour into prepared 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
