1½ cup Brazil nuts
1½ cup walnuts
1 cup dates
1 cup candied orange peel
½ cup candied red cherries
½ cup candied green cherries
½ cup raisins

Measure into sifter:
¾ cup flour
¾ cup sugar
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Sprinkle over fruit mix

Beat 3 eggs, add 1 tsp vanilla, and add to mix

Keep nuts and dates whole, or in large pieces.

Oil and flour baking pan (I use a bundt pan). Press nuts and fruit down and bake at 300º for 2 hours.
