2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs
¼ tsp. pepper
1½ lb. fully cooked ham
½ lb. ground pork (not seasoned)

Glaze
⅓ c. brown sugar, packed
¼ c.cider vinegar
½ tsp. ground mustard
2 tbsp. water

In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, bread crumbs and pepper. Add ham and pork and mix well. In a shallow baking pan, shape mixture into an 8-in. x 4-in. oval Insert meat thermometer. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients. Spoon over loaf. Bake 40 minutes longer or until thermometer reads 170º, basting occasionally with glaze.
