1.2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tbsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:

Chill dough for 2 hours

Roll in cinnamon & sugar flatten with fork

375º fpr 10-12 mins
