3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
3 tsp baking powder
Juice of 1 orange (or 1/4 cup orange juice)
5 lg apples (Granny Smith)
2 tsp cinnamon
5 tbsp sugar

Measure first six ingredients into bowl
Have apples sliced (peeled) sprinkle with 2 tsp cinnamon and 5 tbsp sugar
Layer in tube pan
350º - about 1 3/4 hrs
