1 or 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream or chicken (or mushroom) soup
1 onion cut up
1 can mushrooms (or fry fresh mushrooms on the side)
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in 2 T. butter. Add hamburger and brown. Drain. Stir in soup and sour cream. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over egg noodles (or rice) and garnish with mushrooms.
