1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 can pineapple
(with that much flour I would guess you would not drain the pineapple)

This recipe had no instructions so I am going to guess:
Cream the brown sugar and shortening. Add the eggs and beat again. Add the dry ingredients and the pineapple and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake at 400º

I remember Mom making these cookies and they were very good! It says she got the recipe from Thelma Badge, a member of our church in Lansing, Michigan back in the 1950s and 1960s.
