3 cups rolled oats
½ cup light brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup 2% milk
2 eggs
½ cup melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large apple (chopped)
* Substitute apple for another fruit, such as a peach, cranberries, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º. Grease bottom and sides of a 9 x 9 glass square baking pan.
2. Add chopped apples to pan and sprinkle half of cinnamon on the top. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until apples start to brown and become soft. Remove from oven and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt , milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla, pour
mixture over browned apples in the glass pan and fold apples throughout the mixture.
4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the top begins to golden brown, remove from oven and cut
into 12-15 servings. Store in refrigerator in sealed container.
