2 poblano chili peppers, chopped
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium sized sweet onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 (14.5 ounce) cans zesty chili-style diced tomatoes
3 cups shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken(barbeque flavor is the best but any will do)
1 (16 ounce) can navy beans
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (12 ounce) can beer 0r low-sodium chicken broth can be substituted
1 (1.25 ounce) envelope white chicken chili seasoning mix(McCormick)

Possible Toppings:
shredded cheddar cheese
chopped fresh cilantro
sour cream
lime wedges
tortilla chips
chopped red onion
Directions:
Directions:
1. Sauté 1st 4 ingredients in hot oil in large Dutch Oven over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in diced tomatoes and next 5 ingredients. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally for 1 hour. Serve with desired toppings
