2 1/2 C Cornmeal
4 C Water
2 T Kosher salt
6 lbs Cream cheese, softened
2 lbs blue cheese, crumbled, softened
10 whole eggs
36 ea Garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven 250F low fan.
Make filling by melting both cheeses in the oven. Melt in two separate batches.
Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan, add the cornmeal and salt while stirring constantly until cooked.
Line bottoms of three spring form pan with parchment paper, pan spray really well, and then spread cornmeal evenly on the bottom of the pan.
In the food processor, add the first batch of cheese, process while slowly adding half the eggs. Pour out filling into a pitcher. Do the exact same thing with the other half of cheese and eggs.
Place filling evenly in the pans and place garlic cloves on top like numbers on a clock.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
Let it cool. Portion into 12 pieces per pie and place in a lined, shallow fish tub. Label.
