½ cup sugar
¾ cup soft butter
1 egg yolk
1 tsp almond extract
1 ½ cups flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º.

Combine all except flour and cocoa. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Reduce speed to low and add flour and cocoa.

This dough can be used for:
spritz cookies
rolled into 2 inch logs and dipped into chocolate and then dipped into chopped nuts
Shaped into 1 inch balls placed 1 inch apart on sheets. Press a candied cherry or chocolate kiss into each

Bake 7 to 9 minutes
