1 cup flour
½ cup soft flour
1 tsp grated orange peel
⅛ tsp salt
3 oz. soft cream cheese
¼ cup raspberry preserves

Orange Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp grated orange peel
2 tbsp. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º.

Mix flour, butter, orange peel, salt and cream cheese. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

Roll dough ⅛ inch thick and cur into 2 ½ inch circles. Spoon ½ tsp raspberry preserves onto half of each circle. Moisten edge on half of each with water. Fold dough over preserves and press edges with a fork to seal. Place 1 inch apart pn ungreased sheets..Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown.

Remove from sheets and cool. Drizzle with glaze.

Orange Glaze:
Mix all until smooth and spreading consistency.
