one wheel of Brie cheese
one jar of PC sundried sliced tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
10 cloves garlic, pressed through garlic press
jar of prepared pesto
Ace baguette, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Carefully slice off the top layer of rind from the Brie and discard. Place brie on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. Spread pesto in a thin layer, just to cover the top of the Brie. You may only use some of the jar.

3. Spread fresh pressed garlic over pesto - enough to cover lightly.

4. Spread whole jar of chopped sun dried tomatoes over garlic.

5. Place brie in preheated 300ºF oven for 5-10 minutes until brie is soft but not starting to run.
