2 lbs Cube Steak
2-2½ cups Flour
Salt & Pepper, divided
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Paprika
2 cups Buttermilk
3 Eggs, beaten
Vegetable Oil or Butter

Directions:
Directions:
On medium flat dish add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika and combine well. in another dish, stir together the eggs and buttermilk. Season both sides of steak with additional salt and pepper. Dip cube steaks in the flour then in the buttermilk and back into the flour.

Add about 2 inches of oil or mixture of oil and butter to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat to 365º. Once heated and working in batches, fry steaks 2-3 at a time until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove steaks and drain on paper towels.

Serve with mashed potatoes and country or peppered gravy.
