4 avocados, mashed fine
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 tbsp finely diced red onion
1 small jalapeņo chili, stemmed, seeded and minced fine
1 roma tomato, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed through a garlic press
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp lime juice from a fresh lime

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mash avocados in a flat bottom bowl (if possible). Reserve one pit. Add all ingredients to bowl (except tomato) and mix to combine. Add tomato and mix in gently.

2. Put avocado pit on top of the mixture. This helps prevent the guacamole from browning. Cover bowl with plastic wrap, pressing wrap down on top of mixture to eliminate layer of air between guacamole and plastic wrap.

3. Serve as soon as possible.
