1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, melted
¼ c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
3 c. Cool Whip
1 c. Powdered sugar
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3½ c. milk

Directions:

Combine flour, ¾ c. of the pecans, butter and brown sugar. Put in bottom of lightly greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool Combine cream cheese, 1½ cups of the Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spoon over cooled crust. Combine vanilla and chocolate puddings with milk. Beat until thick. Spread over second layer. Cover with 2 cups of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with ¼ c. chopped pecans. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. (May make with lemon pudding, too!)
