2 cans of green beans
3 slices thick of bacon
2 tbs. minced onion
1 tbs. flour
1/4c. apple cider vinegar
2 tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon in several small pieces and cook in a skillet until well-browned. Add minced onion and stir in flour and cook another minute or two. Pour vinegar and 3/4 cup of the reserved green bean liquid into the pan. Add sugar, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and stir in the green beans. Continue cooking at a low simmer until beans are hot. Serve.
