3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup Sugar
⅔ can small Pumpkin
1 tsp Lemon Juice
¾ cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Nutmeg
¼ tsp Cloves
2 tsp Cinnamon

Filling:
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

Grease and flour a cookie sheet. Place wax paper on top.

Beat egg and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in pumpkin and lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients into separate bowl. Stir into pumpkin mixture. Pour into pan and spread evenly.

Bake at 375º for 15 minutes.

Loose cake around edges. Invert onto a clean towel dusted with powdered sugar. Peel off wax paper. Roll up cake into the towel and cool on wire rack. Unroll.

Soften and beat cream cheese. add in butter and vanilla. Spread filling onto cake.

Reroll cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice.
