1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme deluxe cake mix
½ c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
whipped cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly in pan. Drain fruit cocktail. Arrange fruit in sugar mixture. Mix cake as directed on the label; spread batter over fruit. Bake about 45-50 minutes, until cake tests done with toothpick. Let stand 5 minutes for topping to begin to set. Then turn upside down onto large platter or a cookie sheet. Serve pieces of cake topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
