Celery
Onion
Garlic
Hamburger
Currants
Salt & Pepper
Italian Sausage
Chopped Pork
Spinach
Mushrooms
Sweet Basil
Oregano
Grated Cheese
Bread Crumbs
Eggs
Garlic Salt
Sage
Hard Boiled Egg
Rosemary

Directions:

Brown Hamburger, Sausage and Pork
Chop Salami, Celery, Onion and Garlic
Mix all together. Crumbly.
Put hard boiled egg in center.

Stuff the bird or cook separately.

Most of the recipes I got from my mom don't have numbers. Everything is variable or to taste. Every time I make this stuffing it is different but awesome. If you use all of the ingredients this can be a main dish.
