3-5 lbs. redskin potatoes
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 sm. jar sweet pickles, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2-3 cups Hellman's Mayonnaise
⅛-¼ c. sugar
⅛-¼ c. vinegar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp.coarse ground pepper
1 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the potatoes until done. Let cool. Leave skins on and cut into bite-size pieces. Put in a very large bowl. Add the chopped onions, pickles and celery. Put the mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Add the sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard. Mix well and pour over potato mixture. Stir to blend.

I don't actually use a recipe to make potato salad but this is pretty close. You may want to adjust the dressing to suit your taste. I really like this recipe and it is very easy since there is no need to peel the potatoes!
