1 -2 T Chicken or Poultry demi glaze
1 ½ c Dry white wine
2 qt Chick stock/broth
2-3 T Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Once your turkey has finished roasting remove from pan and set the turkey aside. Deglaze the pan with white wine, mix in the demi glaze using a medium flame stirring occasionally until it is reduced by 1/2. Add all but 1 cup of stock. In a separate bowl mix the flour into the remaining stock, add to the gravy and simmer until thickened. You can use an immersion blender to give the sauce a smooth consistency.
