Directions:
Bronchitis, Pneumonia and Flu:
Mix all the other ingredients in glass of water and drink down. It's best to guzzle it down and get it over with quickly. It's not the best tasting stuff in the world but after 2 to 3 glasses it will knock any of the upper respiratory illnesses. It works a lot better than a shot and antibiotic from a doctor that will only leave your immune system drained and ready for a relapse.

Cough:
Place all the ingredients in a small jar and shake to combine. Leave at room temperature for a few days or place in the refrigerator for longer storage. Shake well each time, before using. The spices will not dissolve into the liquid. It will not be a thick syrup, it should remain watery. Take a Tablespoon or two as needed. Do not give honey to infants under one year old.

Winter Tea:
Wash the lemon well, then thinly slice. Peel the bark off of the ginger and thinly slice. Put lemon and ginger in a mason jar or any glass container. Pour honey over the lemon and ginger and let it sit overnight before making tea. This mixture will keep in the frig for about 2 weeks. To make tea , boil water. Scoop out 1 Tablespoon of the mixture and place into a mug. Pour the boiling water in the mug and stir. Adding a couple slices of lemon from the jar into your tea makes it even better. The rind of the lemon has a lot of healing and nutritional properties as well as the juice. Drink daily.

Morning Health Drink:
Mix all together and drink down first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. These ingredients set your body chemistry to alkaline,This is also good for your entire digestive track and cleanses your liver which purifies your blood.
