2 C chicken broth
2 C water
3 lbs chicken parts
2 C diced tomatoes
¼ C instant minced onion
2 C potatoes cut into ¾" cubes
1 C turnips cut into ¾" cubes
1 C carrots cut into ¾" pieces
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp caraway seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken, set aside.
In large pot, combine broth, water, and seasonings.
Add chicken and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
15 minutes before chicken is done, add vegetables and cook until tender.

Serve.
