Ingredients:
2 cans of Pillsbury Crescent rolls
1 lb. of regular sausage
1 lb. of hot sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out the Crescent rolls and use a roller to make them flat(pinching the seams). In a bowl, combine the hot and regular sausage together. Once it is mixed, add a layer of sausage to the crescent rolls. Roll from longest side and roll them up. Wrap with wax paper and later a baggie and put in the freezer for later use. When ready to cook, take out of freezer and let thaw a bit. Cut in 1/4" rounds and lay on cookie sheet. Cook at 350º for 15 min. or until sausage is cooked thoroughly.

I like to make them in smaller sections when freezing, so you can pull out what you need.
