1/4 c Butter
1 c Mashed Banana
1 Apple, peeled and grated
2 c Flour, sifted
2 T Buttermilk
2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Pecans, chopped
1/4 t Salt
1 t Soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine soda and buttermilk and set aside. Cream sugar, butter and eggs - Beat til smooth. Combine Bananas and Apple. Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in buttermilk/soda mixture. Bake in 2 cake pans @ 350º for 45 minutes
