Ingredients: 1 package Taco Seasoning 1 pound ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion or 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 can Rotel Tomatoes Mexican Blend (do not drain) 1 can regular diced or stewed tomatoes ( do not drain) 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 cans Ranch or Pinto Beans (drained) 1 pound Velveeta Cheese 1/2 can canned milk

Directions:Brown ground beef, drain and add taco seasoning and chopped onion or onion powder. In a blender blend Rotel Tomatoes, & regular tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup. If you like chunky tomato pieces don't put the can of regular tomatoes in the blender. To ground beef add the beans and stir in the soup mixture . Melt the velveeta cheese with 1/2 can canned milk in microwave. Add to other mixture and simmer 15 minutes. Do not boil. Cheese will scorch.
I put it in a crock pot to cook and keep it hot until ready to serve. Serve over Fritos or with Doritos and Jalapeņos and sour cream. |

Notes: We have made this several times for Bible Quiz events. It's great for parties because everyone young and old loves it and it's easy to serve a lot of people. This is also good served over lettuce, sliced avocados, black olives, roasted corn, or anything you'd like in a Mexican salad.
