1 red onion
1/4 oz chives
1 egg
10 oz ground pork
1/3 c. panko breadcrumbs
1 T. BBQ Sweet & Smoky Seasoning
1/4 c. BBQ Sauce
4 oz red cabbage
2 T. Mayo
1 t. White Wine Vinegar

Directions:
Peel, cut and mince onion until you have 2 T. Finely chop chives. Crack 1 egg into medium bowl, then add onion, pork, panko and BBQ seasoning. Gently mix until combined. Shape into 1" thick meatloaves.

Place meatloaves on baking sheet and in oven @ 425º. Put 1 t. of BBQ sauce in medium bowl. Brush the meatloaves with the remainder of the meatloaves. Cook 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Add cabbage, mayo and 1 t. vinegar, 1/2 t. sugar, salt & pepper in bowl with BBQ sauce. Combine and set aside.

Once all is done, sprinkle everything with chives.
