4 Egg Whites
1 stick Butter, softened
½ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2¼ cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
½ cup Evaporated Milk
8 oz White Chocolate Chips

Sauce:
½ cup Butter, softened
¼ tsp Salt
½ cup Powdered Sugar
8 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
¼ cup Cream Cheese, softened
½ cup Walnuts, chopped
2 tsp Maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Prepare cake for blondies, in a large mixing bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks are formed. Add butter, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla to the egg whites and beat until become fluffy batter. Sift together dry ingredients including flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry mixture to the batter and mix using spatula until smooth batter would form. Add milk, chocolate chips and walnuts to the batter and fold carefully. Pour batter into the greased baking pan 9x13.

Bake for 40-50 minutes until become golden brown.

Beat together the cream cheese and butter until become smooth. Add rest of the ingredients sugar, maple syrup, salt, vanilla ice cream and walnuts and mix well. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.

When cake is done cool it room temperature and then top with the prepared sauce, serve by cutting into squares. You can also serve it on hot sizzling dish but you need to heat up the sauce for a few minutes in microwave then top it on the cake which is place on a serving platter.
