Crust:
3 cups Flour
1½ C. Shortening
1½ tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
3 tsp Baking Powder

Syrup:
2 cups Sugar
¼ tsp Cinnamon
2 cups. Water
¼ cup Butter or Margarine

Filling:
6-8 apples grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for syrup and bring to a boil. Set aside. Mix all ingredients for the crust and roll then roll out like pie crust. Spread apples over crust and roll-up like cinnamon rolls. Slice 1" thick rolls and place into a greased 9x13 pan. Pour syrup over the top of rolls.

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
