2 tubes sausage
6 slices bread
12 eggs
2 tsp mustard
4 cups milk
2 tsp salt
2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage and pat dry. Cut bread into small pieces. Bland eggs, milk, mustard, salt. Put sausage in bottom of 8 x 13 dish. Bread on top. Egg mix over that. Sprinkle cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In morning, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
