8 pieces chicken breast cut thin
6 eggs beaten with parsley, grated cheese
flour

SAUCE
Use a deep frying pan for this
1 stick of butter
˝ cup white wine
˝ lemon sliced
1 can chicken broth
1 teaspoon flour for thickening

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly dip the chicken in flour and then dip the chicken in the egg mixture.
Place chicken in a deep bowl, covered, for 3 or 4 hours before you fry it.
After you fry the chicken, drain the chicken to get the excess oil off. Then put all the chicken in the sauce and let it sauté for about 10 minutes.
