2 tsp. Garlic Powder
3-4 Russet Potatoes, large
2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
2 tsp. Salt
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside.
Place potato wedges in a large bowl, and drizzle with olive oil.
In a small bowl, whisk together salt, garlic powder and italian seasonings.
Sprinkle potato wedges with parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture.
Place potato wedges on prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25-35 minutes until potatoes are fork tender and golden.
Optional: Sprinkle parsley on top.
