½ cup Sugar
1 tbsp Flour
1 Egg
1 cup Pineapple Juice
½ tbsp Lemon Juice
A pinch of salt
1/2 tsp Oil
1 cup Acini De Pepe' or ½ of a 16 oz box
1½ cups Colored Marshmallows
2 small cans Mandarin Oranges
8 oz Cool Whip
1 can pineapple (optional)

Directions:

Combine: Sugar, flour, salt, and gradually add pineapple juice and egg. Cook this over moderate heat until thick. Add lemon juice. Cool to room temperature. Bring water with pinch of salt and oil to a boil, add acini de pepe'. Cook at a rolling boil until done. Drain, rise with water do this three times. Cool at room temperature. Combine the Acini de pepe' with the sauce in a bowl cover. let set over night. Add remaining ingredients mix lightly. Refridgerate until chilled. Store in air tight bowl.
