2 cans artichokes in water, drained and chopped
1 large can choppped green chilies
1 large jar chopped pimentos, drained
2+ cups shredded cheese, Mexican blend
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp. each garlic powder, cayenne powder, onion powder
Fresh grated Parmesan over the top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a 9"x13" pan, use fresh grated Parmesan on the top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, until it's bubbly and melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
