5 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
1 can cream of celery
1 can cream of chicken
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Do not peel potatoes but rinse well. Cube potatoes, boil until softened, and drain. Put back in pan and pour remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly to thicken. If you would like a little thinner, add a little more milk.

Serve with cheese, bacon, or other favorite topping.
