2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
¾ cup catsup
2 T mustard
salt
pepper
¾ cup bread crumbs
½ onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 T parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Form large balls. Spray cupcake tins with cooking spray. Put formed balls in to tins. Cook 25 minutes at 350º.

Put catsup on the tops of the meatloaf as well.
