2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
½ tsp. salt
⅓ C milk
(1) 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
2 C sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 C monterey jack cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour, salt & milk to beaten eggs. Beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a flat, well greased 8x12 baking dish and bake at 350º for about 35 minutes. Cut into squares and serve hot.
